Vetman's service team has grown with new members to serve our customers even better. The installation teams currently include Lasse Pakarinen, Tomi Korhonen, Janne Soljama, Jouni Niemi and Juho Kirjalainen.

The installation of new Dr. Mach ceiling-mounted luminaires requires some preliminary investigation. Vetman's service manager Lasse Pakarinen advises that before installing the lamps, it is good to know, among other things, the mounting material, mounting method (wall/ceiling mounting), height to hard ceiling and height to false ceiling, electrical connections, possible old luminaires to be dismantled and other factors that affect the installation (e.g. proximity to the wall and pipes).

The customer does not need to know how to figure everything out themselves, but Vetman's installation team will measure and assess the locations. Sometimes the photos and measurements sent by the customer are sufficient. Vetman's service department can help with maintenance and installation matters at huolto@vetman.fi .

If the quality of the light is not up to par and the halogen lamps have burnt out bulbs, Vetman's sales myynti@vetman.fi will help you choose new lamps. Dr. Mach's LED lamps have a longer lifespan and have no wearing parts.
