Healthier gums – healthier pets
Active ingredient: Hyaluronic acid (HA)
PerioVive is a natural hyaluronic acid gel designed for pet oral care. The gel comes in a convenient pre-filled tissue applicator for precise and quick dosing.
Features and benefits:
- Proven effective : Improves gum health and promotes tissue regeneration
- Natural and safe : Hyaluronic acid is a natural biomaterial found in almost all multicellular organisms. It has no known safety risks.
- Supports healing : Acts as a supportive structure for tissue healing
- Optimized dosage : Easy and quick to use after dental procedures
- Reduces irritation : Soothes tissues and supports the healing process
Instructions for use:
Apply one dose of gel to the treated area immediately after dental treatment.
Mechanisms of action
1. Physical protection
- Forms a protective barrier over the treated area
- Reduces irritation and limits microbial entry into tissues
- Protects exposed nerve endings from mechanical and chemical stimuli
2. Molecular support structure
- Acts as a "healing highway" that supports cell movement
- Promotes keratinocyte re-epithelialization and angiogenesis
- Creates a favorable healing environment and reduces inflammation
3. Hydrophilic hydration
- Retains moisture and prevents swelling
- Creates a moisture-retaining microenvironment that promotes tissue re-epithelialization
Power – How hyaluronic acid supports tissue regeneration
Hyaluronic acid acts like a molecular patch or glue , supporting tissues during the healing process and promoting their organized regeneration.
1. Supports the regeneration of healthy bone tissue
Hyaluronic acid promotes bone tissue regeneration, which is important for the structural health of the mouth and jaws.
2. Accelerates the regeneration of periodontal ligament and cementum
It supports the recovery of dental connective tissues, which is essential in post-dental care.
3. Promotes organized healing
Hyaluronic acid guides tissue remodeling so that normal anatomy is restored and abnormal, excessive tissue growth (hyperplastic healing) is prevented.
